I've been through the home buying & building process, so had a good idea of what I wanted & what things would be deal breakers. I also had an idea of current remodeling costs. Cindy emailed me whenever homes fitting my criteria became available. Importantly, she didn't waste my time showing me unsuitable properties. When we did tour homes, she always listened to my concerns & never tried to "arm twist" me into making an offer. She was always very positive & thoroughly professional. When I ended up buying raw land, Cindy made sure all bases were covered so that closing went through without a hitch. If you need somebody who knows the market & keeps her eye on the ball, this is the lady you want in your corner!

My husband and I found Cindy through one of his coworkers, and I am so glad that we did! Throughout the whole process Cindy was EXTREMELY helpful. She answered any and all questions we had, walked us through multiple homes, helping us to find the perfect starter house! At one point while we were under contract, there were some concerns and repair requests that we wanted to put in, and Cindy did a FABULOUS job seeing that they were put through and done by closing, and remaining in contact throughout the whole process. This was truly the best buying experience thanks to Cindy.

Let me tell you - we hit the jackpot of realtors when I cold called Cindy asking for her help. We were trying to sell our house while we were in the middle of traveling back and forth across the country working. We just needed to get it listed and didn’t know where to start. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. She found local contractors to complete enhancement services so she could get the listing up quickly. We had never sold a house before so she took time to explain things to us. Our house sold quickly and the process was so much smoother than expected, all because of her! I genuinely enjoyed working with her and can not recommend her enough!
