Cindy Zimmermann

Hello!  Please allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Cindy Zimmermann.   My husband and I moved to the area in 1999 when he was assigned to Eglin Air Force Base as an Internal Medicine Physician.  We fell in love with this beautiful community and decided to raise our family here. 

I am a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Professional with Coldwell Banker Realty.  Before entering the world of Real Estate, I was putting my Mechanical Engineering degree to good use at General Motors.  Shortly after moving to Florida, I purchased a small business in Bluewater Bay that I successfully ran for 16 years.  When our youngest headed off to college, I decided it was a perfect time for a career change.

Additionally, I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a member of the Luxury Guild.  This speaks to my expertise in handling high end real estate transactions.  I have also earned the SRES designation.  This has prepared me for all of the extra situations or steps that can sometimes be involved when buying or selling property as we reach those lovely "Go Go Years" and "Slow-Go Years".  In 2022 & 2023, I was recognized by Coldwell Banker as being a top agent and became part of the International Sterling Society. 

Outside of Real Estate, I enjoy cooking, wine tasting, gardening, reading pool or beachside and attending live music and art performances.  In the fall you will find me spending time watching college football (O-H-I-O!).  The engineer in me has a passion for sporty cars.  My latest purchase allows me to enjoy the Florida sun on my face.  But my favorite time is spent with family; my husband and I have been blessed with 5 children, 4 grandchildren and 4 grand-dogs! 

I also believe in making a positive impact where I live.  I do this by my active involvement in my church as well as my continued support of organizations such as Impact 100, St. Jude, and A Bed 4 Me Foundation.  In addition, my husband and I jointly support several other local philanthropic causes.
