Cinny is a graduate of the Chicago Association of REALTORS Leadership Accelerator Program (Class of 2025), a selective program focused on developing future industry leaders. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) for 2025–2026 and will serve as Chair for 2026–2027, and is also a Board of Director for AREAA Greater Chicago, where she actively contributes to industry leadership and community engagement initiatives.

Professionally, Cinny holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, along with certifications as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), equipping her with advanced expertise in buyer representation, pricing strategy, and negotiation.
