The Gogan Team is absolutely amazing!! Claire Gogan has now assisted me with two separate real estate transactions and I can honestly say they were both incredibly simple and seamless. Claire and her team make the process carefree and actually fun. The first transaction Claire and The Gogan Team helped me with was a sale of my home in the Village Walk community in Naples. I needed to sell the property quickly and Claire and her team made it happen instantaneously. Claire came in and immediately made multiple suggestions for how to increase purchaser interest in the property! We adopted and implemented Claire‘a suggestions and we were under contract shortly thereafter; for top dollar no less! It was such an amazing feeling and I knew I did not have to worry about anything with things being in the hands of Claire and her team. Another amazing thing about The Gogan Team is that they PUSH to make things happen for their clients. Many realtors simply act as a conduit between the buyer and seller and do not exhibit any type of advocacy for his or her client. The opposite is true with The Gogan Team. They truly have the client‘s best interest at heart and will push the extra mile to benefit the client in the best way possible. Claire next assisted me with my purchase of a home in the Spanish Wells community in Bonita Springs. This purchase was unique in that it involved a renovation loan. Claire went above and beyond to make this deal happen and actually assisted in working directly with the lender to ensure the lender had the necessary paperwork to get the deal done and that nothing slipped through the cracks. This is just another example of Claire and her team going above and beyond for the client! Claire Gogan and The Gogan Team = BEST realtor and associated team in Southwest Florida!!
