Claire is amazing. Outstanding communication, very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients. She helped us with the logistics of selling our home while trying to simultaneously purchase a home in another state, and followed up with us after the move, including helping us to navigate some issues that arose after the closing date. We feel so fortunate to have worked with her in such a crazy market!

I wish I could give Claire more than 5 stars!!! She is the most professional and amazing agent I have ever met. She's knowledgeable about the market and give me great suggestions based on my budgeting. I don't live in Atlanta. She helps me deal with all things including analyzing market, touring houses, checking condition, signing contract, repairing the house, and finally renting it out. Every time I have questions, she replies very patient and detailed even out of her work scope. Even under seller market, she always give me very honest opinions without pushing me to bid a higher price. I absolutely cannot get the dream house with lower price without her help. I highly recommend Claire to anyone who wants to buy/sell houses!!!
I will absolutely work with Claire again in the future.

Claire Shoener is the most amazing realtor we have ever had. We were selling our home and buying another home at the same time. It was such a stressful situation (especially in today’s market!) that Claire magically turned into a wonderful experience. Claire removed all of the stress of selling our home & buying a new home, she is unbelievable. Her work ethic is unmatched. She works at all hours to get the job done and is extremely fast. Claire is very proactive, efficient, and goes above & beyond for you to get you exactly what you want. Claire is the best property manager ever! Very professional and reliable! From hunting houses, to renovation, to screening tenants, she takes care of everything. Claire is someone you can trust. She knows what she is doing and takes care of her clients. She is a rare gem in the world of real estate business.

My wife and I do long-distance real estate investment. We pulled the trigger to buy only when both two conditions are met: 1) it is a solid property that makes sense financially; 2) the local realtor is trustworthy. In our opinion, trust on our local partner (the realtor) is more important than the deal itself. Each purchase is a big financial commitment and you have to make sure you are in good hands.

Claire literally takes care of everything during the process. We have the peace of mind when working with her. It helps us scale up the investment very quickly. In last year, we purchased half a dozen properties with her, which reveals how much confidence and trust we have on her. She consistently beats our expectation.

Each buyer is different. Some are first-time buyers. Some are investors who want fast value appreciation. Others may prefer positive cash flow. If you can clearly tell Claire what type of property you want, she will beat your expectation.

I suggest you interview 3-5 other realtors before you formally retain Claire. It will help you appreciate how good she is and how lucky you are to have her on your side.

Claire is one of the most professional and dedicated agents I have ever met. Her biggest feature is that everything is based on the interests of the client, and she is extremely serious and responsible.

Because of my work, I didn't come to the site when my family bought a house. And my husband is busy with work and didn't has time to deal with many things of buying a house. Claire's all-round help - from looking for a house, checking at the house to signing the contract and finally buying furniture, even looking for the house inspection and many other big and small thing. Final, we bought a house with a good location and a nice price with peace of mind and ease. What’s more commendable is that we also received some other management help and services after the purchase of the house. We are really grateful to Claire!

Claire is our buyer agent. She toured several houses for us because we don’t live in GA, talked about each house’s advantages and disadvantages and helped us buy our house with a great deal. Claire is extremely patient. She always tried to understand our requirements and respect our preferences, never pushing us to make an offer, and respect our ideas when making an offer. Her patient also lies she answered my messages really anytime, no matter how late or how early. Claire also has all the resources throughout the whole process, from pre-approval to lease. Claire deserves 10 stars for her work. She brings expertise, diligence, responsiveness, and overall being awesome. I'm a first time home owner, I'm living an amazing home in an awesome location, was able to close in a seller's market at a great price, and none of this would've happened without Claire being there for me every step of the way.
My rent spiked if I renewed my lease and I started looking for a home at probably one the toughest real estate market time. It's crazy to think to become a first time home owner in a seller market. After I reached out, Claire contacted me immediately, got to work right away, started showing me properties. One thing I absolutely appreciate about her is her honest feedback on properties we looked at. She always responded to my calls, emails, and texts very promptly around the clock. When we got to the home I'm living at now, she pulled an absolute miracle on helping me close on the house.
If there's anyone who is both clutch and can make the impossible happen, Claire's the person for the job. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell homes.
