Clark Thomas elevates the real estate experience. A Denver native, Clark began investing in Colorado real estate in 2004. He earned both MBA and JD (law) degrees from the University of Denver and was awarded the Scholastic Excellence Award for #1 performance in his class in Real Estate Law. As a licensed Realtor since 2013, Clark has represented hundreds of real estate clients who have bought and sold every type of home in the Denver metro area and many Colorado mountain communities.

In 2020, Clark integrated his lifelong love of design with his thriving real estate practice by co-founding Citizen Studio at milehimodern with his business partner Caroline Wilding, award-winning Principal Licensed Architect at Construct Design/Architecture. Citizen Studio merges real estate, architecture, and interior design services to help clients sell, purchase, customize and create the homes of their dreams.

Clark’s routine for success includes two daily cups of coffee and a post-lunch meditation session to re-boot and re-focus for afternoon appointments. Every weekend morning, Clark clears his schedule for a neighborhood walk with his wife Madeline to get lattes at Whittier Café followed by a game of fetch with their Goldendoodle, Oso.
