Claude at CP International sold our Dad's home before it was even formally listed! We could not have been in better hands, as this was a long distance transaction for my sister and I who live out of state. We met Claude several years ago at an open house he was holding. He was very personable and readily offered to show us other houses available. At the time, nothing was to our liking.

Two years later we decided to sell our condo on Crescent Beach, Siesta Key. We contacted Claude and he was very responsive to our request. The market at that time was a bit erratic and we decided to take the condo off the market for a period of time. Claude placed the condo back on the market a year ago this past May and it sold within ten days. He was professional and readily kept in contact with us throughout the process. During this time frame we continued to look for a house. Claude provided us access to a web portal which listed available houses within our parameters.

Living out of state made our search more challenging. Claude offered to look at several houses of interest and did a Facetime with us. Even when we were not available to travel to Florida, Claude arranged for our son and daughter-in-law who live in Florida to look at two houses on the market.

Fast forward, we were in Florida in October. We had seen a house on the market, but by the time we arrived in Florida the house was pending a sale. The sale fell through and Claude immediately notified us of its availability. The rest is history. Claude set up a visit and helped us to navigate the purchase the house.

Our working with Claude has been most pleasurable. Throughout these years he has always been enthusiastic, informative and supportive.

We would highly recommend Claude Pierre to anyone looking to sell and/or buy a house.

We decide in the beginning of 2020 to finally purchase a home in Florida after looking for many years. We fell in love with one that Claude was showing. Bought it with no hassles. Claude was the realtor. Drove home from Florida and closed the next month. Claude made the purchase happen with no hassles. Covid hit and we were stuck in Canada. We decided to sell. When we bought our home in Flordia 7 years ago we were so impressed with Claude and he was not our agent but the agent for the people selling the house, that when we decided to sell, we listed it with Claude. First he found a house for us and negotiated the price in a way that I never saw .

Claude is the best! He listed sold a house for us a few years ago, and that experience was so great we again used him as our agent. Again, Claude did the best job ever! Both houses sold very quickly – and very close to the listing price. He gave us great advice and kept in constant communication throughout each sale. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience both times!

A big reason we chose Claude again is his communication. It is so nice to work with somebody who actually responds to your questions quickly and keeps you in the loop on everything. We live 1,200 miles away – yet we never worried about anything because Claude was always a phone call, email, or text away.

Another great quality is Claude likes to get out there and network. He found our first buyer this way. And our second buyer contacted him directly. I think we got the sale because Claude responded to him immediately, showed him the house the same day, and then we had a great offer!

Claude is a true professional and also fun to work with. We have another house to sell at some point – and it is so great to know Claude is out there ready to give us another great experience!

We have known Claude for years and used his services several times to preview houses for sale in our area Because of his excellent reputation in the Palmer Ranch area it was an easy choice to use him as the listing agent once we decided to sell.
