Claudia helped be buy, and then sell, my house in Olean, NY and was truly outstanding in both transactions. Claudia has a personal touch and incredible support for both processes and is also a true pleasure to get to know. I was most impressed with her problem solving approach to the buying/selling nuances. From organizing and helping with inspections, to advice on selling and updates that could be made to the house, she was instrumental in helping me search for and then sell my house. Claudia knows her stuff, knows the area, and has years and years of a positive track record as a realtor in Western, NY. She was truly amazing throughout both of my experiences!

From coming out and walking thru the house, making suggestions on different staging ideas etc. I could not be any happier in the results of selling my house.
