We are relocating from Europe to Manhattan, KS which is a not an easy thing to do. Claudia provided invaluable help, allowing us to handle the whole transaction of buying a house from abroad. Her service is exceptional, she is not only extremely fast, but also absolutely reliable. There is nothing one can’t trust her with. She has helped us beyond anything one could expect from a realtor. Her commitment does extent far beyond the mere search for a home, she has helped us with finding insurance and contractors, provided them with access to the house while we were abroad and handled all the small and not so small issues with an amazing efficiency. So even if you are not from the area or not even in the country, nothing will stop you as long as you are with Claudia!

Living in Massachusetts and finding out I had to find a realtor to sell my mom's home in KS caused me to start a marathon of reading realtor reviews in the area of Ogden/Manhattan KS. We decided to contact Claudia and quickly found out why all her reviews were so high. She was responsive, patient and caring. She gave us peace of mind with her attention to detail staging for showings, setting up repairs, interactions with the buyer and as a stand-in for us at closing. Wonderful experience to have worked with her and been able to sell my mom's home without being in KS. I highly recommend her and her team!

Claudia is an excellent real estate agent. She helped us navigate a long-distance home purchase, put us in touch with a great lender, and was an outstanding advocate for us when our closing had to be rescheduled due to the sale of our TN home being delayed. She took us on a very thorough virtual tour of the home, provided contact info for the various utilities, insurance, and services we needed, and was genuinely friendly and communicative. I was relocating from Texas to Manhattan, KS and only had a couple of days to look at homes. Claudia was very communicative and after inquiring about my wants and needs, provided me with a list of about 30 homes. I whittled that down and off we went looking at homes. When I found the One, she worked diligently to get my offer in as quickly as possible, ensuring that if they declined the offer, I would still have time to look at more homes. Everything went off without a hitch, all the way through closing. I would highly recommend Claudia.
