About Claudia

Growing up outside of Detroit, MI, Claudia studied ballet, went to as many rock concerts as she could, and dreamed of the big city and bright lights. her chance came in 1984 when she moved to NYC to join Ford Models Inc. she traveled throughout Europe, Asia, and parts of Northern Africa. Finding she had an ear for languages, she picked up Italian and German. She gained perspective on how others live and came to understand there are many ways to live a good life. She brings careful listening and this awareness of diversity to her real estate career.

Since creating Berkshire Rental Properties in 2005, she has not only acquired a wealth of knowledge of what makes for a solid investment property, she also forged lasting relationships and have gotten to see the variety of ways people enjoy the Berkshires. She works hard to make good matches for every buyer and seller.

Buying and selling real estate can often feel intimidating. She aims to take some of the mystery and uneasiness out of this process. she like to think of myself as a guide with the contacts, knowledge, and experience to help any buyer or seller.
