Claudia was the seller's agent for a place we found through Zillow. We were ultimately not interested in it, but kept her on as our buyer's agent. She was fantastic. She paid attention to what we wanted, and looked for that. She knows the area incredibly well, and let us know the ins and outs of the different communities. She was a great resource in the search. She was also great in the negotiating and purchasing phase. We ultimately bought an older home and the inspection turned up a bunch of issues that needed to be addressed. She was diligent in monitoring this process, and making sure that everything was in place come closing day. She offered great counsel in making our initial offer appropriate, neither too high nor low. Her knowledge and experience are vast, and she used them to our benefit. In sum, we'd happily work with her again. She's great at her job, and a very nice person to boot. -- Scott S

Would recommend Claudia to anybody I know that is looking for agent. Made me feel like I was her only client. Very patient with me, as I looked at many different properties until I found the one right for me. Was willing to let me see this property as mnay times as I wanted until I was comfortable in saying I want to make an offer. Claudia also listed my home and represented the buyer of my home. It made the entire process much easier this way.

She listens, she is patient -not pushy!! She doesn not give up! She was honest and forthcoming when properties were going to be a disaster ( for us) and she helped us find a lian officer to help us purchase our very first home! We saw alot of houses all over the place and she was willing to go with us on our home finding adventure. She was positive and never condescending - she was wxtremely professional!! Did I mention not pushy?!? That was huge for us!!thank you Claudia!! You are awesome!
