Claudia is an exceptional real estate agent. She has a lot of experience in the business, and she always provides the needed information to make big decisions. Purchasing a home or rental requires many considerations: the neighborhood, house conditions, finances, loans, etc. We recently purchased a rental in less than 30 days with Claudia’s expert knowledge and advice. She works extremely hard and walks you through all of the steps. On top of it all, she is very communicative and timely. We have known her to be reliable and positive person.
