Clay Raaka

After graduating from Stanford University and serving in the U. S. Navy Clay began his career in real estate in 1971. Clay has owned real estate companies in Montana and California and is currently licensed in both states.

As the owner broker of Clay Raaka & Associates and the managing partner in numerous limited partnerships Clay has developed and sold retail space, office buildings, apartment buildings, residences, land and condominium conversions.

As a general contractor and property management broker Clay has managed and maintained as many as five hundred units per month and developed over seventy properties.
