Wow just WOW! I gave Clayton and Julia 2 requests when i came to them this past November.
1) Sell my Dream home by the end of the year
2) Deliver me a record price per sqft for my gem of an A frame
They delivered on BOTH of my requests and I couldn't have been more thrilled!!
I happened upon Clayton via a good neighbor friend and I am so relieved i did. Clayton and Julia were very attentive to my needs guiding me through the sale....total professionals, going above and beyond from the staging and prepwork through the offers and eventual close.....Way more that what i expected or what is typical. The entire team at Tahoe Legacy made selling my home a smooth and enjoyable experience.....I will be coming back to Tahoe soon and there is no doubt i will be Calling on Clayton and Julia! Clayton is a caring, knowledgeable stand up professional. He is easy to work with and now is a close friend. Clayton came to us as a referral and we couldn't be more thankful for his knowledge, positive attitude, patience, engagement and proactiveness. We contacted him in Jan and in Feb we were doing the closing on exactly what we wanted. We bought a place without seeing it (just videos that Clayton made for us and his expertise and feedback on the property). We bought a place without visiting it or even meeting Clayton face-to-face. And you know what? It didn't make a difference. Clayton made it so easy that it felt like we didn't need to be there. We visited the place we bought for the first time and met Clayton for the first time on closing day. And we don't regret AT ALL. Best decision EVER. He is knowledgeable, cordial, and easy to talk to. For anything in Tahoe we would choose Clayton over and over again.

Clayton has a wealth of Information, is humble and smart! Rarely will you find all three traits in a realtor. One of the finest realtor agent we have worked with. My wife and I were looking for home in Tahoe and we came across Clayton through a referral. Clayton helped us find our dream vacation home and guided us through the purchasing process. We were 3 hours away from Tahoe area but still Clayton made the searching process pretty easy; he would visit our favorite listings and record videos so that we could get a sense of the properties before actually making the trip. Clayton embodies all the qualities and integrity of a really good Realtor who you can trust whole heartedly. Clayton became our realtor in February of 2021 when we started our quest of buying a home in Truckee. The thought of not being local to the area and having to manage the whole process remotely was not only daunting but very scary for us. Clayton literally was our eyes and ears and helped us navigate through the entire process of vetting out houses and actually helping us buy the right one. He is very pragmatic, meticulous and patient, so much so that on occasions he has dissuaded u from bidding on a house that we would have regretted later due to its price, topography, slope direction, layout or the overall condition. And, he was RIGHT all along! These are extremely rare qualities to find these days especially given the cut throat real estate market. He always put our interests before his and truly believes in helping his customers find the right house. He is totally plugged into the Tahoe real estate market and knows the ins and outs of the area, community and the growth potential of a certain location. We consider ourselves very fortunate and grateful for all the support and guidance that Clayton provided us throughout this process.

We just bought our first home with Clayton's help, and we're so excited! Clayton was super quick to respond, incredibly helpful, informative and insightful. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and passionate about life in Tahoe. He went above and beyond offering guidance, referrals for future upgrades, and literally even offered to help us move haha. We ended up getting a great deal on our house and Clayton just as excited about it -if not more so!- than we were... there was absolutely zero trace of a realtor trying to get the biggest commission for himself.
