Clayton was an amazing agent in support of my house purchase here. I was moving from out of state, and he was able to direct me to areas and neighborhoods based on my price and needs through his expansive knowledge of Jackson and the surrounding areas. His skills were highlighted during a tricky purchase negotiation, saving me money and bringing excess value even in today’s market. Nice and friendly environment. Clayton McCleod was there for me and my family throughout our home buying process. He even came out on Sunday to get paperwork done and show us some houses. If we had to do this all over again, I surely would call Clayton because he made us comfortable from the first time we meet until we closed on our first home. He was there by our side on the day of closing. Once again I would like to thank Clayton for all he’s done and Century 21Maselle & Associate for having a great realtor like Clayton. The reasons you need a agent like Clayton McLeod is because before the joys of owning the new home shines through, there seems to be a mountain of stuff to do. And if you are not lucky like I was to get agent McLeod, it can seem overwhelming. First you must feel there is someone on your side, Protecting and looking out for YOU. #2 A someone who's goal is your goal, to get a deal that fits your budget. A Wise Agent, who keeps things in order. Who finds the answers to all your questions so you and your family feel confident in your choices. Clayton McLeod does that (and more!) As he did for me, in my recent home purchase. He keeps the anxieties down so you can make clear decisions.

He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard for Us. He had Our interests as top priority. He didnt try to push anything we weren't interested in, or try to "sell" us on anything. He worked with our schedule. And was just helpful every step of the way.
