About Clifford

Mr. Meredith has been a real estate broker for over 30 years and is currently an Associate Broker with Meredith Fine Properties Group of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. (the largest independent real estate company in the U.S.). He specializes in Eastern Shore of Maryland waterfront homes, estates, and farms. He is also a partner in Oxford Commercial LLC, a local company involved in the sale and lease of commercial properties.

Mr. Meredith was rated among the top 20 real estate brokers in the U.S. by the Wall Street Journal. He was the top sales broker in Talbot County in 2012, 2013, and 2014, and is currently the top producer for 2015. He has the highest volume in combined sales among all agents in the County for over 30 years.

Mr. Meredith has a professional realty GRI designation. He is a private pilot and has a 100-ton Merchant Marine Masters license as well. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve and the U.S. Air Force Reserve before attending Chesapeake College.

He is a member of the Talbot Country Club in Easton, Maryland and Shadow Wood Country Club in Bonita Springs, Florida, and a member of the Easton Presbyterian Church. He and his wife, Jeanie, reside in Talbot County.

Cliff Meredith is the undisputed leader in waterfront real estate in Talbot County Maryland. I have worked with Cliff for 20 years buying and selling waterfront properties and quite honestly, each experience has been better than the last.
