Gosh, what can I even say about Clifton other than the fact that he was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with? After over a year of trying to look for homes, my fiancé and I decided that enough was enough and we needed someone like him to help us out. He helped us find our very first home within a month! From Day 1, Clifton was highly proactive and informative. This man DOES NOT rest. Whenever I told him my fiancé and I wanted to see a house, he was on it - some days we were able to see the house that same day! He looks through houses with you and points out pros and cons regarding the property. He is highly knowledgeable, gives great advice, and WORKS HARD to try to make the whole process less confusing and stressful. Aside from his incredible work ethic, you can see that this man is passionate about his job. He loves what he does and he will do whatever he can to help you buy your dream home. Wonderful charisma and an overall phenomenal agent. 100% recommend! Thank you so much for everything, Clifton! We couldn’t have done this without you! Clifton helped me purchase my 2nd house and I wish I knew him to represent me for the first purchase. He is reliable and knowledgeable about the real estate industry. He will take the time to explain you things about the property and will do his best to make sure you're comfortable with the purchase. He is extremely punctual, if he says he would meet you at 2:00 PM at a property; he will be there. Recommend him 1000%. It was a pleasure to work with him. If you're looking to sale or buy' he is the guy to go to.

I was referred to Clifton by a friend and it was a great referral. He was very patient and understanding with me asking the same questions multiple times. Clifton was always very professional and timely for both appointments and responses to calls, texts and emails. He listened to all my requests and supplied me a list of options that fit my specifications. The home buying process wasn’t sunshine and flower beds for me, but Clifton made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Great agent, very attentive to his clients and was very punctual. He was very knowledgeable about all the homes and if there was anything he didn’t know he would find out and make sure to get back to you with an answer. I’ve heard buying a home is a hard and long proses but with Clifton by my side my experience was very smooth sailing. I took about 6-7 months to find my home and never felt pressured. He’s a friendly man that is very honest about all the homes you over see. A good friend referred him to me and I will definitely refer him to anyone that’s ask me for a good realtor. We lived in Framingham, Massachusetts for the past 3 years and an opportunity came for me to re-locate for a new job. I used a realtor before, Diana Kuang and she was fantastic with helping find a few places in the Boston area. She recommended contacting Clifton and starting the property search and pre-approval process. Clifton was great and very knowledgeable about the housing market. Very easy to contact and answered quickly. When we first met him, he had a list of houses to see and he showed us various properties and made some recommendations but wasn't pushy. He knew things that were issues with properties and an idea of how much it would cost to repair them. When we made an offer on a property he suggested a fair offer for what the market would go for. He negotiated with the seller and got us a great deal on our property. Clifton was great and I would recommend him as an agent for people look in my for a new home.
