Also he was incredibly honest and never gave off that he was just out for your money. He genuinely wanted to see us happy in a new home and was extremely patient. Clint helped me with a very difficult situation.
Emptying my godmothers home & selling it. She was diagnosed with serious health issues, she could no longer live independently. We had to empty her home, sort through “ her life” possessions & set her up in a facility in a short period of time. Clint was so patient & helpful.
He new how important top dollar was for us, her care in a facility is expensive. He delivered a full price offer in a short time . Reducing the stress. His calm demeanor & quick sale was a blessing.
