Clint Patterson

Clint has lived in the South Bay for over 20 years. He has resided in the Beach Cities and on the Peninsula. This gives him an in-depth understanding of the various neighborhoods he serves, on both sides of PCH ranging from Long Beach all the way up to El Segundo.

As a Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, Clint enjoys the opportunity to deliver the highest quality of service while maintaining the flexibility to meet the unique needs of each client.

Clint’s clinical training as a psychologist has provided him with expert listening skills and the ability to establish a strong partnership with his clients based on an empathic understanding of their needs and priorities. His analytic, marketing and negotiation skills were honed by his experience at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA where he obtained his MBA (1996). This is where he also developed an appreciation for the outstanding benefits that technology and the internet can bring to the consumer.

Clint has enjoyed an extensive career in the healthcare and management fields, but he has always maintained a passion and focus on real estate. He combines this passion with an unmatched dedication to customer service. This creates the basis for Clint’s commitment to going above and beyond in meeting the needs of his clientele.

In recent years, Clint provided management support and business development expertise to a boutique real estate firm in downtown Chicago. Having returned to the Los Angeles area on a full time basis, Clint joined Prudential California Realty, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.

Working with Berkshire Hathaway, Clint enjoys meeting the challenge of matching the right property with the right family. His areas of focus include single-family residential properties in addition to multi-family buildings as investment opportunities. Clint is an active member of the Equestrian Property Network, through which realtors across the country share information relating to horse properties and horse-friendly neighborhoods.

In addition to serving the needs of his Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties clients, Clint is actively engaged in community service. He co-founded an animal shelter support group, and works with a number of other animal welfare organizations. Recently Clint began working with a horse rescue program based in northern Los Angeles County. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Caballeros Del Rancho Palos Verdes, Inc., a group dedicated to promoting horseback riding, hiking and maintaining the natural bounty found across the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

In the mid-1990’s, Clint was elected to the Board of Directors for the Beach Cities Health District and served for four years. He has also served on the Ethics Committee of a local hospital for a number of years.

Clint is currently serving as a Block Captain in his neighborhood, and provides support to a number of other community organizations by contributing his time, healthcare knowledge and business expertise.
