In December 2020, my partner and I had been working from our small one-bedroom apartment for almost a year into the pandemic, which was driving us a little crazy. I mentioned this to Clint Jones, who suggested we start looking for a home. Unfortunately, despite saving for a few years, we thought owning a home in San Diego was impossible.

Despite our concerns about the down payment, mortgage payment, and paperwork, Clint encouraged us to start looking. On the first day of searching, we viewed several homes and fell in love with one by the end of the day. We made an offer immediately, but we got caught up in a bidding war, which made us nervous. Thankfully, our amazing realtor, Clint, recommended that we write a letter to the homeowners to tell them a little about ourselves and our plans for the home, which made all the difference. The owners accepted our offer by the end of the week, and we've been happily living in our home for over two years. We've had wonderful times here, making countless memories. Clint was amazing in helping my wife and myself find ourselves a new place to call home in an irregular situation. My wife and myself were working in 2 different states about 13hrs away from each other, on the east coast when we reached out to Clint for help finding a house. Moving across the country was already going to be a challenge much less communicating our wants and needs, without being able to view properties in person. Clint made it happen! While it must have been frustrating working through time differences and dealing with clients that were unsure of exactly what they wanted, and couldn't do any viewings he made it very painless. Clint took the time to do very detailed videos of houses we too interest in, as well as the surrounding area. Told us the good and the bad helping educate us about each community and area as we shopped around. If we ever had any questions he was very prompt to answer them and never left us hanging. Now my wife and I after 3 years apart finally own a home together and couldn't be more pleased with the assistance Clint provided in making that happen. I have worked with multiple realtors in the past and none have been as attentive and helpful as Clint. Would highly recommend his services if you are looking to purchase a new home.
