TLDR; I have worked with hundreds of realtors in my career, and you MUST call Cody to interview him to buy or sell your property. If the property is rural or you are interested in land, don't even call anyone else.

I made a critical mistake when I was younger: I bought land through the seller's realtor. It was a nightmare. I overpaid, and there were easements I didn't know about. I didn't consider unsightly power lines.

Cody bailed me out. He used his rural/land knowledge to market my property using amazing photography and crafted a description that matched my vision.

Selling land is tough, there are a lot of considerations. Cody consistnetly brought me strong offers to consider, and negotiated tooth and nail. He set the right expectations, followed through, and took care of me like family.

Cody bought me peace and freedom with this sale. I appreciate him so much, and I am happy to refer him to anyone looking for an amazing realtor.

Day one of meeting about selling our old home to final closing on buying our new home, Cody was personable, honest, professional, and super responsive. I highly recommend Cody Adams for your next relator! Working with Cody Adams was a great experience. Having been a real estate agent in North Carolina, I understood the process there, however Cody took the time to explain the differences between buying a house in Ohio and what to North Carolina. He went over the whole process and guided me through the through it each step of the way. Cody is an excellent communicator; he is quick to respond to a text and quick to answer any questions. In the current market, we were fortunate to find a house that met all my basic needs, without getting features that I would not find useful. Cody was extremely responsive and professional throughout the selling process.

I contacted around eight realtors before signing with Cody, and he was the only one to pick up the phone (some never even returned my call). Since I was selling on behalf of my father from out of state I didn't want to chase someone for answers, and Cody was always there when I needed him.

I spoke with serval of his colleagues and they all spoke very highly of him and praised how proactive and detail-oriented he is. That was definitely true of my interactions with him, and he made sure everything was squared away well in advance so we were able to close ahead of schedule.

Cody was so helpful in navigating a complex sale, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends and family.

I never could have imagined that I would have received an above asking offer but he was able to get me more than the list price. The sale of my home went flawlessly and he answered every single question I posed to him.
