About Cody

As a native of North Carolina, and local to the Wilmington area since 2005, Cody values the trust her clients have in him for being an expert on the booming coastal region. His whole career has been sales/customer service focused and he strives every day to put her clients first and make sure they have a great buying or selling experience. He is a multimillion-dollar producer with the nation’s fastest growing real estate firm, eXp Realty, LLC, and look forward to growing with the company in the future. Prior to real estate, Cody was a sales subcontractor for a local foundation and crawlspace repair company as well as roofing and flooring company where he would inspect and design a fix for a variance of repairs including roofing, flooring, foundation settlement, crawlspace moisture, and attic insulation. Upon his arrival to Wilmington in 2005, Cody walked onto the UNCW baseball team after previously being drafted and having Tommy John surgery. Being a full-time student athlete while recovering from surgery taught him hard work and persistence pays off and he translates that into his real estate career. When not "selling the coastal lifestyle", you can find me hanging out with my two dogs or out on the boat enjoying natures playground.
