Cody Hayworth

Cody founded Four Seasons Properties in 2008 which is a boutique real estate brokerage in North San Diego County. Under Cody's leadership, the firm's sales have doubled each year for the last 3 years. The firm has an incredibly unique approach to traditional Real Estate and has developed many proprietary ways to help their clients get the most value possible out of buying and selling Real Estate in today s market. Cody is also the Regional Vice President for San Diego County for Community Rebuild Partners where he handles the acquisition, renovation and transaction execution for the CRP portfolio across San Diego County and parts of Orange County. Cody has successfully executed over $100M worth of distressed residential real estate purchase and disposition properties over the last few years in San Diego County. Cody previously ran the Southern California division of Cypress Mortgage Group which was headquartered in the Bay Area where he oversaw the administration, production, and marketing for the Southern California division. Cody also served as the Internet Sales Director at Don Chalmers Ford in Albuquerque, NM, where under his leadership, the Internet Sales department became one of the highest volume sales divisions in the region. Cody studied Finance at the University of New Mexico before transferring to Northwood University/National Automotive Dealer Academy to finish his Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive General Management. Cody is a member of the National Association of Realtors in San Diego County and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California.
