Cody Pressley is the Chief Executive Officer of Blueprint Real Estate. With over 10 years of industry experience, Cody brings an extensive amount of knowledge and expertise as the Founder of the company.


Cody has sold over 120 million dollars in commercial and residential property. Additionally, he has overseen and managed 10 million dollars in investment properties and renovations. He also has experience in building custom estates. Cody has participated in national industry panels and mentored 100+ real estate agents.


Cody is a native of Marion County, South Carolina. He spent 8 years in the United States Army and is passionate about supporting the veteran community. He is happily married to Avarie Pressley, and they share 5 beautiful children: Jalia, Christian, Journee, Izzy, and Mariah. Active in his church and community, Cody and Avarie support charitable organizations and activities such as food drives and fundraisers.
