In a very difficult buyer's market, you want someone like Cody in your corner. He works day and night to help you find a home. He answered my calls, texts and emails immediately regardless of the time. He knows the ins and outs of his contracts, and I felt like he was really good about explaining every step of the process. I always understood all of the details of my transaction. He scheduled every home tour and walkthrough we asked for, and investigated every house listing we sent him. I don't think he turned down a single request we made. Outside of work, he is personable and easy to talk to. We closed on our new home in California and didn't overpay a single dollar over appraisal, which seems like a true accomplishment in this type of market! Thank you, Cody!!
