Cole Reavill is a Vermont and New Hampshire real estate professional known for his energy, versatility, and commitment to helping clients navigate the unique real estate landscape of New England. A dedicated member of The Reavill Group since 2024, Cole combines strong academic training with practical property experience and a lifelong background in athletics and community service.
A Connecticut native, Cole graduated from the prestigious Culver Academies, where he was an accomplished crew rower—a sport he continued at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, one of the nation’s top rowing programs. He later earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College, where he also worked within the equestrian program. This experience deepened his knowledge of land use, equestrian properties, and rural real estate—a valuable asset for buyers and sellers throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.
Before beginning his real estate career, Cole held multiple roles at The Quechee Club, serving as a Swim Team Coach and Club Concierge. These positions strengthened his leadership skills, local connections, and client-service mindset—qualities he continues to bring into every transaction.
Cole takes pride in understanding all aspects of real estate, including structure, property systems, land development potential, and long-term management.
