Colin Davies is the absolute man if you're looking for a realtor in the East Bay! I've been working with Colin professionally for years, but decided to work with him personally as a first time homebuyer- and boy am I glad I did!

Colin was slow and methodical at the parts we needed handholding and became a lightning fast and fierce negotiator with the seller on our behalf at the flip of a switch. He was able to counsel us on making a fair but not too high offer while houses all around us were receiving dozens of offers at exponentially over asking price. Colin did such an amazing job that we were able to win on our first offer (ever!) and got the keys just 2 short weeks later!

Colin brought beers to celebrate the key handoff, ordered little things he knew we needed like the garage door remote, and even grabbed a friend to come move the bed in while my wife was sick with covid and I was out of state on a business trip.

The guy goes absolutely above and beyond and I 12/10 would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell (or beer sample ;) ) in Richmond, El Sobrante, Pinole Valley, or San Pablo areas!

There isn't enough credit we can give to Colin for finding us our new home. We have been searching for a home locally throughout the pandemic and with the prices increasing it was looking like we would have to move farther and farther away to get into a home of our own. As soon as we got connected with Colin it was very clear there was another level of detail and care he has for the clients he works with. He was able to get us our first home locally like we wanted and we couldn't be happier. Our family and friend groups love it and comment all the time on how they enjoy their time during visits. We love it. Colin helped sell our house in West Oakland. He was insightful, intuitive and able to recommend a strategic timeframe to list iur hone yo get the maximum value out of our sale. At the time we were living out of state and naturally worried about the entire process. However Colin kept us updated every step of the way.
Colin is not like other brokers that view you as a transaction or business opportunity. He views each of his clients as unique people and goes above and beyond for the extra human touch. He really cares about his clients. He has certainly set the bar quite high and we have not been able to meet any other brokers that come close to the experience he has given us. We couldnt recommend a better broker to work with in the Bay Area.
