Colin has been such a delight to work with. Buying a home has been a bit of a long journey for me and Colin was there for every minute of it. He adapted to the market swings, he pivoted with me when I changed my vision of what I wanted to buy, and he constantly picked up the slack of everything a first time home buyer might not know yet. I couldn’t be happier with his efforts and the partnership we created. He is generous with both his time and his resources, and for that I am so grateful. I will most certainly be contacting him for my future real estate transactions.

Colin was so knowledgeable about everything when it came to selling our house. He had an answer for everything I asked of him, and I asked him a lot of questions. He always kept in touch with us via text or email all throughout the home sale process. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who is house buying or selling . I would give him 10 stars if they would allow me.

Outstanding. Goes above and beyond for you. Does not rest until your house is sold or found. They sold my house and found my beautiful new home. Colin Somerville was a pleasure to work with. He was always one step ahead in the whole selling process. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as my real estate agent. They simply do not come any better as Colin exceeded my expectations by a lot.

I cannot speak highly enough of Colin. Colin guided us through the purchase of our first home. What we expected to be a difficult and tedious process was made relatively easy and simple. His connections with exceptional inspectors, legal partners, and mortgage brokers proved to be extremely beneficial, and eliminated the need for us to seek out professionals without first hand knowledge.

Within a few years, we ended up needing to sell our home to relocate out of state. On short notice, Colin freed himself up to get our home listed in no time at all. Again, with the help of his partnership with a great photographer, our home was no sooner than when we received a full price offer. Since we had to move before closing, Colin handled much of the work on our behalf. Quite simply, we could not have done this without Colin's willingness to help without hesitation. You will not find a more positive, enthusiastic and dedicated realtor.
