If you’re looking for a realtor that is honest, has your best interest at heart and has great hustle, then this is she! Colleen helped made my home buying process super easy. From the moment we started working together, she listened to my wants and needs and we went from there. She had great knowledge and insight on the real estate market. When I felt like giving up and halting my search, she kept me motivated. Even after I got into my new home, she continued to follow up. My fiancé and I fell in love with a beautiful house in Manchester, NH and we wanted to put an offer on it but we didn't have a realtor. We heard about Colleen through a friend and we contacted her telling her about our situation: we need to submit an offer ASAP.
