Colleen is a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry. She has extensive experience directing buyers and sellers in our fast-moving market. Her solid foundation of clients, colleagues, and vendors through her varied real estate career has led Colleen to a respectable reputation with all.
Colleen's career includes 12 years working for Baltimore County’s Bureau of Land Acquisition, negotiating major and real estate transactions and settling million-dollar land, residential, and commercial contracts. For over 5 years, she managed the permits, approvals, and inspections department as land development manager. As a result, she has valuable knowledge of regulations and requirements about zoning, permitting, planning, public works, environment, and development.
With a degree from Towson University and a Real Estate Negotiating Expert Degree, she understands that excellent communication is key to building lasting relationships, trust, and understanding with her clients and colleagues.
Colleen knows the importance of being prepared, being a focused listener, making trade-offs, minimizing perceptual differences, avoiding ultimatums, and setting realistic deadlines when negotiating sales for clients. Her years of experience allow me to be an excellent negotiator and expert in the real estate market
