As a first-time homebuyer, she took the time to walk me through the process, which I appreciated.

Easily reachable which is crucial to have in a real estate agent when we needed to do a tour, had questions about the process, or was ready to put an offer down.

Colleen did a great job streamlining the process for us and adapted well to changes in our timeline to put our home on the market. She was highly accessible, helped us find an agent in the region we were moving to, and got us in touch with people to offer quotes on repairs. She is very well connected with local contractors and people to jump in and lend a hand. The entire process from hiring to the closing of the house was 2.5 months and she made life easy with a priority-based to-do list that included repairs, cosmetic updates, and reminders to make sure the home was clean.

If you need to sell your home quickly and have an agent who doesn't beat around the bush and will set realistic expectations, then Colleen will be great for you!

Colleen was fantastic. We were selling my mother-in-law's home after she passed away, and lived about 2 hours away from the property. This was not a problem for Colleen. She foresaw potential problems and was able to head them off before they became significant.The buyers were difficult, but Colleen was able to navigate every issue. She kept us informed via phone call or text, and also kept a good record of documents which we could access through our e-mail. We feel so blessed to have worked with Colleen. She even helped us with finding local services needed to sell the property (grass cutting, various water tests). On top of all of this, Colleen was kind. She never spoke down to me, and did a great job explaining to me (sometimes twice!) the intricate details of what is needed in buying/selling a property. We aren't planning on moving or buying/selling any property soon, but if something comes up and it is in Colleen's area, she is getting a call from us!

She gave us great ideas on how to improve the listing by inexpensively updating those areas that would make the most impact. I worked with Colleen to sell my home in late 2018. I had already moved out of state, and Colleen totally came to the rescue.

I used her recommended contractor to install hardwood flooring to help the home sell faster and for top dollar. I used her repair person to address the items from the inspection. She went above and beyond, even shoveling a foot of snow from the driveway so perspective buyers could safely tour the house (and not ruin the brand new floors!)

Overall I couldn’t have sold my home while being out of state without her. She made a difficult and stressful process a whole lot easier.

I just want to say how pleased I am with the way Colleen Middleton, handled the sale of my house. After my husband passed, I didn’t want the responsibility that comes with maintaining a house. I remembered Colleen from a few years ago when she helped my uncle sell his house, so I contacted her, and I’m so glad I did. Colleen helped us to sell our house just as the Covid panic started. This was a trying time, however she was up to it. I need to point out that this is the 5th house we've sold and she is the best agent we worked with. She had plenty on sound advice for presenting a non-staged house to make it homey. She found peiliable, fairly-priced workmen to address minor issues one a definite offer was made -- on day 1 of showing! No questions or concerns were too trivial to be answered promptly. She also oversaw the final clean out after we left, a first for us.

We have no problem recommending Colleen as an agent for the seller.
