About Colleen

Colleen Sowers, a well-known and trusted name in the real estate industry here at the Jersey Shore. As a full-time licensed broker with over 26 years experience, as well as being a longtime resident of Wildwood Crest, NJ, I am fully aware of the current market trends. A little more about me. I grew up in South Philly in the heart of "Mummery" and in a neighborhood of diehard Philadelphia sports fans. Some of my fondest summertime memories growing up in Philly are typical. They were going to Phillies games, sitting on the stoop enjoying a water ice and a soft Philly pretzel or cooling off by playing under the open fire hydrant. Philly was truly a place where everyone shared the same values. The love and well-being of family and friends are all that mattered. When going back home to the old neighborhood, it's nice to see that those values haven't changed.

When I wasn't enjoying summertime at home, I was fortunate enough to be spending time with my family down at the Jersey Shore…..the Wildwoods of course. The hard decision of choosing between Pat's and Geno's has now become choosing between Mack's and Sam's. My love for the Wildwoods started at a young age and it never went away. It encouraged me to move to this fabulous Island in 2000. That's when I started my real estate career. My love for our Island coupled with my passion for helping others has given me more than a successful career. It has given me a sense of accomplishment because I am doing what I love most….making a difference in someone's life.
