Colleen was amazing!! As a first time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed with the whole process and right from the start, Colleen impressed me with her friendly professionalism and her knowledge about the local market. She helped me navigate through the process and was responsive and helpful every step of the way. When my perfect home popped up on the market, Colleen was quick to take action and I have no doubt that I got the home due to her quick action and her professional connections. Even when I had trouble with my first lender, Colleen refused to accept defeat and put me in touch with a local mortgage broker, who in turn set me up with a new lender. Colleen never gave up on me and she was a true miracle worker getting me into my new home! Hands down I would use Colleen's services again and highly recommend her. She was absolutely wonderful!!!

As first time (potential) (VA) home buyers and given the extraordinary times we are experiencing, this was going to be more of an opportunity to go through and understand the process. In short, we had every intention to buy without any expectations of actually being able to find anything we could buy. Until we met Colleen. We inquired about a property on Redfin late one evening, Colleen called us back within 10 mins. of that same evening. We had a great conversation about our needs. She said she would look into some of our requests and she got back to us with those items promptly as promised. From that very first conversation, we knew we had found our agent. Our very first conversation was on 01/23. We closed on our AMAZING home 03/15! Colleen is OUTSTANDING at what she does! She’s always on top of tasks, extremely detailed and kept us overly informed through this while process. Colleen was always available to us no matter the day or time. We were in constant communication on all platforms. She gracefully kept all parties on schedule which is no small feat. The bottom line, Colleen did/does it all and we could not have envisioned a better home buying experience. We are really going to miss her phone calls. We will be recommending Colleen to anyone and everyone. THANK YOU COLLEEN!!!

Colleen Yaklich from Shankle Real Estate was very personable and was positive throughout the entire buying process. Out of all the homes that I bought, Colleen represented us the best. She is very knowledgeable and aggressive in her profession and is a very nice person.
