After three years selling homes across the Fayetteville, Bentonville, or Northwest Arkansas area with Arkansas’ largest home builder, Rausch Coleman Homes, Colley re-entered the general market in 2020 with a passion for assisting clients through the listing, buying, and new construction processes.

Though he is an accomplished listing agent, his passion lies in finding (or helping to create) the ideal next home for his clients. He also believes in promoting home ownership and affordability for a larger portion of the population, working on behalf of many first-time home buyers.
