My partner and I were first time home buyers and had many questions about the process and Collin was extremely knowledgeable and supportive about processing any concerns that we had. Collin was great to work with, we could not have been more fortunate to have him as our realtor! We were shopping remotely and Collin always made himself available when we were able to visit the area we were looking to move to and look at some of the listings he thought would interest us based on prior conversations. I was beginning the process of looking to buy my first home, and knew almost nothing about what to do or how it all worked. I requested a few showings online and was linked up with Collin. Throughout the whole process, he was incredibly helpful and kind, not pushy at all, and answered all my dumb questions promptly and politely. He offered excellent advice but always listened to what I wanted to do. He works closely with a lender (Jamie Laskie) who I also used, and together they made everything from my offers to the closing as uncomplicated as possible. Honestly, I thought buying a house was relatively easy just because my first experience was with these two. I haven’t worked with any other realtors, and I probably never will.

We have Colin a try after he was recommended to us and we had met with a few other realtors that we just didn't click with. He ended up being great!
We looked at a lot of houses.....and I mean a lot. We would sometimes know instantly we didn't like one and we would head to the next. There were a few bidding wars that we would walk away from. And finally we signed a contract on our new home. He was very helpful in negotiating a closing deal as well.

We initially connected with Collin thru a recommendation of a friend and he did not disappoint! We knew we were going into a tough competitive market while my wife was also due to give birth at anytime. Needless to say we felt like we were on a bit of a timeline for finding a home.
