Unlike other large real estate teams, Connie thrives to focus on each client personally with a client-first approach treating each client as important regardless of the price range they are working in - there are no big or small clients. With our tight timeline we found Connie & her team to be a great fit for us. She was able to work with our tight schedule (24-48hr notice to book showings) while allowing us to explore multiple neighborhoods that would be a great fit for us. I’d highly recommend!
I met Connie about 8 years ago when she helped sell my house in Cooper City, FL to relocate to California. She took care of everything while I was on the road and by the time I arrived at the destination, we were under contract.
So, it was natural that when it was time to move back to Florida that I’d contact her again. Connie and her team helped me find a house, while I was still in California! My experience with Connie and her team has been absolutely magnificent! Connie was referred to me 5 years ago by a dear friend of mine. At that time, I was looking to buy a splendid property in Monterra. I did some research based on the referral, and found out that she and her team were for real the Monterra's #1 Realtors!

I was ecstatic. Indeed, the numbers didn't lie, and her services & support was proof of that. She got us the best home, which perfectly fitted our requirements and helped us through each and every step of the process. And now? 5 years later, when we wanted a tenant for our house, once again she charmed us all.

I had two realtors before Connie Cabral and they were nothing compared to her. The first two I did all the work: I looked at properties online and sent them the info so all they did was call to make appointments. One of those realtors didn’t even care for my preferences but instead tried to convince me to accept what was available. It’s my first time looking to buy a property so I thought that was normal. But then I went to Connie and oh wow, what a change!

It only took one phone call. She asked me what I wanted and my budget and that was it. A few days later SHE found me a property based on my specifications and within my budget and we fell in love! Very professional since the day we met her. We needed a bigger home but of course we needed to sell our house first. She explained in detail how the process was going to be step by step. She first instructed us on how to prepare the house for photoshoot because you only get one first impression… A professional photographer came to the house and really, the photos were breathtaking. It looked so gorgeous. She was not only able to sell the house in 2 weeks but was able to negotiate with buyer so we could rent the house from them for 2 more months (very astute) in order to give us time to decide on the new house, and to have enough time with the loan process with the bank. We were extremely lucky and had a cash deal when our house was sold and at great price. Then she was focused on finding homes that accommodated to ALL of our needs. Connie is exceptionally helpful when doing walk-throughs of potential homes, and she and her team notice things you would never think of. Since Connie lives and works close by she is very knowledgeable about various neighborhoods that we were interested in. Connie was able to negotiate a great deal for us under list price and at the end the price was even lower that the Appraisal. Wow!!! Connie was also able to negotiate repair credits from an extremely stubborn seller. The 2 closings were on time. She was always very caring and on top of every little detail and we felt support and reassurance from her at all times. Connie has a great taste and eye for design. She gave us very good ideas. She also has an excellent team of people you can work with (her assistants, Title Company, inspector, etc.) so you always feel secure. In short, Connie was the perfect realtor for us!
