Connie Chase

A native of Ohio, Connie grew up in San Diego and later lived in Texas before moving to Asheville in 1990. In 2015, she and her husband purchased a tract of land and moved to Pisgah Forest to create their dream property for themselves and their dogs, kitties, and horses. With multiple fixer-upper properties under her belt as well as moving a site-built house from one location to another, Connie has always had an interest in real estate. She has several rental properties of her own that she has successfully managed for over ten years.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Connie earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from AB Tech, graduating at the top of her class. She worked in healthcare for several years while raising her two children. Her experience in collaborating with people in this setting contributes to her ability to navigate through potentially stressful situations while paying attention to details. She also cares about her clients as people first and loves to help them. And after self-contracting the building of one home and rehabbing several others, she has unique experience with evaluating and extracting the potential of properties. Becoming a realtor was an obvious career choice.

In her spare time, Connie loves to spend time with family, riding horses with her daughter, hiking with her husband, son, and dogs, and spoiling her grandson!
