Mary Lovin is an excellent realtor! She represented us as our Buyer's Agent recently on the purchase of our new home. From the moment we met her, Mary listened to what we were looking for, and she got us in to see our top 3 houses the very next day. By the end of the night, we put in an offer on our favorite, and it was accepted the next day. We closed less that 30 days later. She was very knowledgeable, and her experience showed. Mary would text me reminding me of things that were due like appraisal, home inspection, etc. We never got behind on the paper work, and we felt as if we could reach out to her at anytime for whatever reason. She was always so kind and professional. I would recommend her a thousand times over! Give her a call today; you will NOT be disappointed!

Connie Glassford, with Alabama Coast Properties, sold 2 properties for me and my family. As a real estate broker in NC with Premier Sotheby's, I had high expectations. Connie's communication, professionalism, knowledge of not only the area but contacts to help get the home ready and do necessary repairs was white glove service! The first home was in Robertsdale and very problematic but Connie stayed the course and we closed. The second home was my family's estate in Bear Point. Connie and her team met with me numerous times to discuss pricing, photography, staging and repairs needed. Being out of state, Connie arranged and supervised every aspect of the transaction. The house sold for top dollar and I owe that to not only Connie's negotiating skills but the house was in the best shape possible and showed beautifully. This was an emotional transaction for me and my family. In the end, Connie and her team were part of the Beck family. I think there were tears shed, by all, on the dock of Perdido Bay. I am grateful to have found Connie Glassford and recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell in and around the Gulf Coast of AL. They will be your advocate and be there for you every step of the way!

My husband and I recently purchased a home. We chose to use Mary Lovin at Alabama Gulf Coast Properties as our agent. We are beyond pleased with the experience. Mary is extremely motivated, knowledgeable, devoted and dependable. Not once did she not respond to texts or calls. Any questions we had were quickly handled. When issues arose, Mary was quick to resolve them, even paying out of her own pocket for certain items needed. She was prompt to have any utility service techs diagnose and discuss resolutions if needed. Above all a wonderful relationship was developed. She is a fighter, a warrior and a friend. Mary is honest. If there’s something she doesn’t agree with she will immediately let you know. Purchasing a home is not an easy process. On those days where my confidence wasn’t great, Mary was quick to boost my spirits. And, she was never wrong! We could not be happier with our agent or our new home.
