Excellent realtor! We were buying house from another state and Connie was great to navigate us through the area as well as school districts so we could find perfect fit for us. It takes a lot patience to buy a house which you can't physically view but Connie made sure our virtual tours were detailed. My wife and I are both active duty Air Force. We were referred to Connie 5 years ago when looking to purchase a home in Southern Maryland. We quickly realized Connie’s extensive knowledge of the area and neighborhoods. After viewing a few homes that didn’t check all our boxes, Connie made a call to one of her realitor connections who was about to list a home in the area we were desiring. She was able to get us a viewing and under contract before a for sale sign was even placed in the yard.
Currently, my wife and I are stationed overseas and decided to sell the same home. We had renters who were departing and construction projects required. The ONLY realitor we would consider to handle the transaction was Connie. She went above and beyond by taking care of the transitioning of the tenants and was able to complete a post move-out inspection. She provided us her connections in the construction industry who were able to quickly put together quotes for the required repairs. Furthermore, she got the home under contract during pre-market to buyers who exceeded our asking price and conditions! Connie has went above and beyond every step of the way. Between her services provided and local connections, she has saved us hundreds, if not thousands during this process. We can’t speak highly enough about Connie Gunn.
