Want to sell a home? I did and I was lucky enough to find Connie Hladik! She knows how to get the job done. She walked me through all the transactions and answered my questions. And went a step beyond. I was getting down to the closing date and I had already moved 3 hours away, and still had a few things to do before we closed. Connie went to the house and finished them up for me. Not just any realtor will step up to assist with cutting down boxes and taking them with her so the new owners do not have to deal with the left over trash. Trash day isn't until Friday and it was too windy to leave on the curb. How many realtors do you know that would step up and take care of the trash? Thank you, Connie Hladik!

Connie was such a pleasure to work with. She was always so happy to show us houses, even if she knew they might not be offer worthy. She encouraged us to get out there and look despite us being discouraged by the market. We had been looking for over 2 years before working with Connie and finally found a home perfect for our family within 2 months!! Connie was always in touch and always letting me know when something new came on the market - or even better, before things went on the market, so we could get a jump on it! She made it a great and memorable experience for us first time home buyers. I could tell day in and day out she valued us as buyers, never felt like I wasn’t on her priority list! Connie was absolutely amazing! She was honest and knew exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready for showing. She was up to date and very knowledgeable on all things in selling a house!!!! She offered her expertise as to what to ask for our house and it was sold (it even appraised exactly as she thought it would). Connie stayed with us through the entire process and even brought the check from the buyer to us so we could close on our new house! Connie was very helpful, patient and realistic with me throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. I loved how she was always telling me things I needed to hear versus wanting to hear. It was so refreshing & made me have the utmost respect for her as our agent! She will always be the person I recommend to friends and family & hopefully to whoever is reading her reviews. All around excellent service and person! Connie provided me with all the knowledge she had (which was a lot)! She was always letting me know when there was an availability and once we got to the closing process she was always ready to answer questions with quick response times! She was always smiling when we got to our showing, even if we knew it was probably just a house we were just checking out. Connie did a fabulous job selling our father’s house in Lyons, NE. We appreciated that she was frank about the market and laid it out in direct terms. We prepared the house for sale and she did the rest, resulting in a quick sale and closing!
