Connie handled the complete process from listing to closing on my house sale while I was out of the country, and despite a few surprises along the way she managed to get the whole thing done on schedule and on budget. My husband and I were living overseas in the Middle East when the Arab Spring began and it was time to get out. I contacted a couple of agents in Easton but Connie was the one who immediately stood out. She answered my endless questions without hesitation. She never appeared to be frustrated with my endless questions (I had never been to Maryland before and had only visited DC a couple of times!) When I finally arrived in the US, Connie and I spent the next two weeks looking at endless homes daily. In all, I looked at about 40 properties. located in Easton, Oxford, St. Michael's, Tilghman, Neavitt, Bozman and surrounding countryside. With Connie's help, I found my dream home, which we purchased without my husband even seeing it. When my husband finally saw our new home about 6 months later, he too immediately fell in love with it. Not a day passes, that we don't think how blessed we are living here close to the Miles River.
