Connie was such a tremendous help with selling my husband’s brothers estate. My husband and I started working with Connie in September of 2021. Her first visit she gave us all the advice we needed to get our house ready to sell. Fast forward to November, we were ready to sell after utilizing all of her amazing advice. She listed our house Thanksgiving day 2021 and we accepted an offer over listing price 2 days later!! Connie recently listed our property in Lake Panasoffkee. She advised us of market conditions, what we needed to do to ready the house and kept us in the loop each step of the sale process. She is very intelligent with a lot of knowledge of real estate - there was never a question she could not answer. She is also resourceful and offered to help refer other services we needed. I found her to be a delightful person and easy to work with. Connie sold our house at a very fair price and continued working with us very responsively until the day we closed. I just have to share what an amazing experience it was to work with Connie Mahan Real Estate Group. I was among the skeptics thinking I can do it "all by myself". Selling our first home was an adventure but buying in this market was a whole new ball field. I am a very proactive person and do extensive research before tackling a project. Some jobs however should be left to the professionals. There is just so much "behind the scenes" you don't get to see when purchasing a home. From showings, to scheduling, to value, and negotiations, inspections, and just knowing the right people for the jobs at hand..With the help from Connie she made our home buying purchase an absolute breeze. She was so professional and answered all of our questions in such a timely manner. Connie was very personable and made us feel so comfortable, helped with our decision making, and was so honest when it came to choosing our new home. She contact me and my husband right away and guided us thru the whole process, since I was moving from another state I was unable to go in person at the time. Connie provide us with a full virtual review on the property, informed us with everything that needed repairs/updates before us making an offer. professional all the way but feels like family when she gets to the closing after all the hoops she jumped through for us.

I am so happy to see Alex DeFrancisci join the Connie Mayan Real estate group. Alex had helped my husband and I find the perfect home in The Villages to eventually retire to. He was amazing working with us from another state and making the time to pick us up at our hotel to show us around The Villages. He was able to show us the different town squares recreational centers and the fun things that we would be able to do while living down there. Alex took the time to send us multiple emails with new houses that were becoming available that hit all our marks and it was because of his dedication to his clients that we were able to find our dream home. I have looked my whole life for "the house" to buy. You know the one that is everything you wanted and you can see yourself in the late years of your life still enjoying the work you've put into your little corner of heaven. Either you find it or you watch another chic-flick and get the same fairy tale image in your head that i have created... :)
For years (yes years) i have bugged Connie to show me every house i thought fit the bill and for one reason or a hundred, it was never quite right, just not "the one". but EVERY time i called, she met with me and showed me with the same smile and friendliness that you would want with making such a big choice.
Now, I'm no spring chicken. My children are grown and the grand kids are arriving. After a lifetime of NOT finding the house, and after the roller coaster of emotions THAT brings, My husband and I FOUND it!! It was my first home purchased and though the house is a bit small, the words of wisdom i received were, "you can build a bigger house, but you cant build more dirt" and our dream place is on 15 acres!! Buying was scary. and I'm sure I over analyzed EVERY bit of it. But no matter the day, time, worry or concern i had and whether by text, call or my random drop by the office, Connie held my hand (wiped a tear or two hundred) and comforted me and reassured me EVERY step of the way. When we FINALLY made it to closing day, i didn't know Connie would be there. That to me made it perfect. I feel like we ran a 100 mile race in heels but EVERY step of the way, Connie was there. I can say, without her, we would have never made it to this finish line. I had rented 17 years, yes, 17 years. Connie's knowledge and expert advice guided us in with grace. If you want a human. A person who cares if you find "the one". A person who is what i consider a master in her field, then you simply MUST contact Connie and her office. I am forever grateful to her and we will forever call her our friend. If I could give her 100 stars, I would. Without hesitation.

Connie did an exceptional job in the sale of my dad's estate. From my first interaction with her through the closing, I had complete trust and confidence in her and she never disappointed.
Being several hours away made it difficult to be there often and take care of the work that was needed prior to the sale. Connie has extensive knowledge of Sumter County, which enabled her to provide contacts for every service we needed. She saw each project through to completion with little involvement required by me.

I chose Connie Mahan to be my property manager, because of her amazing reputation in our community. I can not say enough about how wonderful she is. She not only found me the perfect tenants, who treated my home as if it were theirs, she took care of everything. The two years my home was rented I never had to worry about getting the rent or any repairs that needed to be made. Jessica is remarkable! She showed us several properties before we found "The One". Her skills during our search were above & beyond what we were expecting. She is positive, upbeat & highly knowledgeable about Sumter County. If you have a question, she will find the answer. If you have a concern, she will address it and find solutions, not just try to tell you what she thinks you want to hear. Our search was long as I turned down one place after another for various reasons and she understood better and better what I was looking for. She didn't get discouraged with us, just more determined that she would find the perfect place. Then there it was! This is where her skills and perseverance really shined because everything that could be wrong and go wrong did, but she never once backed down from the challenges and found one solution after another until everything was perfect. No frustration what-so-ever on her part that the deal kept dragging on. She is all about solutions! The harder the problem, the more determined she was to rectify it. Wow!
You can not go wrong with using Connie Mahan Real Estate Group when you are looking to buy or sell property. I highly recommend these gals to everyone I talk to about the deal we got and how hard they worked to make sure I got it.
In the end, the seller was just as happy with the deal as I was as the buyer.
