We recently sold our family home, from afar! Connie Stetler took on our sale and was unbelievably supportive and responsible as the local person who moved mountains to get the job done! She knew who to call to fix any problem, how to push through the paperwork, and how to make things happen. She was always available to answer questions, talk, reassure, and bolster during the process. As out-of-state sellers we could not have asked for more from our realtor! Always there for us, I’m sure Connie’s professionalism extends to all her clients. Couldn’t ask for more!

Needles to say, buying and purchasing a home is stressful. Especially when doing both at the same time. Thankfully we had Connie in our corner for both at the same time. We first met connie a few years ago while at a viewing searching for our first home. From that moment we knew there was something different about her. I started following her on social media and when it came time for us to sell our home and look for another, we called her right away. Of course she remembered us. Connie never treated us like clients but like family. She kept it real the entire time but in a loving way. She is beautiful inside and out, patient, kind, knowledgable, loving, easy going, real, very responsive, quick, a warrior when it comes to her clients and anyone who has her on their side is very lucky. She’s incredibly thorough, responds lightning fast to any text, email or call regardless of the hour, and makes you feel like you're her only client (even though she juggles many!) We had a terrific experience working with Connie. Quick background notes: I'm on the West Coast, and The Fiancée is on the East Coast. I have family in the Real Estate business, so have been spoiled by that fact over the years. The rules of engagement, have meaningful, material differences in CA vs. NY/CT. We needed to put a tremendous amount of trust, in an agent whom we could be in constant communication across the time-zones, who could guide us through a most challenging landscape. Connie came with her "A" game, and delivered. Yes, Connie has all of the "basics" you'd expect from an agent working at this level covered. However, Connie's service is far from basic, it's VIP. Beyond her experience and knowledge; it's her confidence, calmness, communication and consistency that really made this a 5 star experience. Connie is incredibly well plugged in to a broader range of services, so never did we feel we needed to scramble for a resource. We found our Attorney, our Mortgage Broker, Home Inspector, and even our Painter through Connie's network. I'd fully recommend Connie, and can't can't wait to get into our new home!

Buying a house in this market was no joke! Between the narrow location options we had (due to school choice), the fierce competition and tight timelines, we were up against insane odds. Connie made the entire process so very smooth however. She knows the market well, had great advice on how to come in with offers and above all, she helped lower the stress levels by keeping a cool demeanor throughout the process without ever making us feel pressured to go one way or another. She is always quick on responses and has a great network of loan mortgage agents, lawyers, inspectors, etc. to tie it all together. To top it all off, she even brought me homemade chicken soup when I got sick. We don't have enough words to thank her! Our home is beautiful, in the range/location we wanted. Outstanding!

My wife and I were looking to rent an apartment or small singe-family somewhere between New York City and New Haven. Connie was not only incredibly responsive but thoughtful.
