Connie Thomasson (formerly Haggar) was our realtor for our first home. We decide to work with Connie because of was how honest she was. We met Connie at an open house, she was upfront about the asking price and let us know about the comps. in the neighborhood. She was welcoming and informed us of the home buying process. Connie has got to be one of the most patient realtors. After looking at numerous homes, writing up offers, to backing out at the last moment she was always on our side. She wanted the home to WOW us, and she wanted us to be excited about it. Eventually, my husband and I decided on a home. Connie matching us with the best loan officer Katie Obermiller, from Academy Mortgage and negotiate a price with partially paid closing costs. Honestly the best experience for two first time home buyers.
