About Connor

There are few names in North Texas real estate more synonymous with trustworthiness and success than Connor Nichols. He is home grown. Connor is a second generation real estate agent, following in the footsteps of his father and one of the premier figures in North Texas real estate, Van Nichols. Connor grew up in Frisco, Texas and moved to Celina in 2000, where he graduated high school and later finished his education at Texas A&M University. Connor is a founder and owner of Elevated Properties, and has been continuing the family legacy of trustworthiness and success in the real estate business since 2014. Connor’s business ethics set him apart from others as he believes a clients trust is worth more than their dollar. Connor and his wife, Megan, have 4 children-Ruby Kate, Easton, Sloane, and Case. While he enjoys his career in real estate and helping others, he is first and foremost a family man. Outside of work Connor loves to be with his family, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
