Corban Holland

Corban Holland joined Pacifica in 2007 as a Sales Agent based in the Paso Robles office. Corban quickly developed a loyal clientele who appreciated his ability to successfully negotiate new leases, complete building, and property purchases, and close 1031 exchange transactions. He was honored as a top producer for the commercial division of Pacifica Paso Robles in 2013. He holds a degree in finance from Oral Roberts University. Corban grew up in San Luis Obispo and his family owns Holland Construction, builder and operator of the new Holiday Inn Express in Atascadero and contractor for numerous development projects on the Central Coast. Prior to entering the commercial real estate business, Holland taught bilingual elementary school in Honduras for more than three years as part of the Hurricane Mitch Relief effort.
