Corby Spruance

Corby Spruance was born and raised in the Greenville area, and was a 1997 graduate of Tower Hill School. His deep roots and ties to the community has allowed him to help Buyers and Seller in Delaware and Pennsylvania for over 10 years. After originally starting his career with BHHS, Spruance and his partner Mary Laskaris helped open the Long and Foster Greenville office over 6 years ago! After being 2 of the original 20 agents, the Greenville offices now hold over 150 seasoned agents!

Since opening the office, Long and Foster has surged to the top of the County, State, and Mid- Atlantic region in terms of sales, volume and market share. Laskaris and Spruance have thrived as well, being selected to the Gold Team every year - the highest level for sales production in the company. Corby prides himself on selling anything- from raw land to New Construction/ Development to condo’s and townhomes. What he strives for is 100% customer satisfaction. With a background in managing fine dining restaurants, Spruance takes a Hospitality- type approach, where he is a one stop shop for all of the needs and headaches that may or may not arise during the Home sale process! Corby is licensed in DE and PA, which allows sellers the opportunity to reach the maximum number of Buyers. He has close personal relationships with the local builders and developers, and has deep roots within the communities on either side of the state line.
