He made frequent visits to help us further improve our house with resources of stagers and painters and handymen who helped us get our house ready to put on the market.

He would share market analysis statistics to ensure an optimum price point.

We trusted him with the major decisions of home improvements, strategic timing of when to go on the market and pricing.

Corey is a great package of excellent relator skills along a positive personality. Corey is a true area specialist around the IL suburbs. He helped us sell our Gurnee house within 1 day from the time it was listed. We were impressed by how he gave us recommendations on selling and the fantastic job he did on putting it in the market. It was definitely him and his great skills that we were able to sell it hassle free within a day. He was patient all along and he did help with along the entire process of selling the house. His knowledge truly is unbeatable and he sure does keep a personal touch through his professional dealings. We have worked with other relators in the past but this unique combination is hard to find. We then took or sweet time to find the home our dreams and he kept his patience all along until we were really happy in finding the house we could grow our family into. We reached out to Corey when we were having struggles with our original realtor to get a 2nd opinion. Corey met with my husband and I discussed the market, and gave us some recommendations with the what he would do with our house. Because Corey was so down to earth, knowledgeable and professional, we decided to let go of our first realtor after 5 months and resigned with cory who walked us through each step of the way. Providing us real time data of the market and where our house was sitting, he made feature cards to showcase the house and was in constant communication with us as well as realtors who were showing potential buyers. Corey was able to get our house under contact in just 2 weeks of being with him and got us to closing with ease! I should have gone with Corey to begin with, he is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Anyone in Northern Illinois looking to buy or sell should definitely go with Corey. There is no need to look any further for an agent if you are buying or selling your home in Lake County. I have known Corey and his family since I was a child (20+ years) which may mean I am biased, but I think that qualifies me to make an even better recommendation. We first contacted Corey a couple years back because he was a local area expert with multiple home sales in my neighborhood. We quickly found Corey to be a whole lot more than an area expert. He took the time to listen and get to know our family and specific needs in selling, walk through market analysis and market updates in detail as needed and guide us through each step of the home selling process. Corey went above and beyond when my husband and I were selling our townhouse. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional relator.

He not only helped our current tenant find a place to live so we could sell quickly, he arranged for photos and staging that made sure we had over half a dozen viable offers and negotiated the absolute best price.

Even when there were a few hiccups with the closing date and it was pushed back, he checked in frequently and kept us to date on what was going on. He assured us there was nothing to worry about and this was just a slight bump in the road and of course he was right.
