Words can’t even begin to explain how lucky I was to have Corey as my realtor... I closed on my home today after going through so much to get this home. I knew before I walked in the house that it was the one. He was so diligent. He negotiated the deal in less than an hour and had the seller cover closing costs (which I wasn’t expecting but appreciated). I had major difficulties towards the end due to outlandish issues with an unprofessional lender, and Corey continued to fight in my behalf to get me this home even when I had come to terms with the fact that it wasn’t going to happen. He made a miracle happen. I found out day of closing that due to his magic I was in fact getting the house! I wish I could put my words together right now to explain to the extent of how appreciative I am,( like I could literally cry). I’m still trying to process because I closed today, but he is the BEST. He’s the only realtor worth going through. He has over 6 years of experience as a broker and realtor so he makes sure you’re not getting taken advantage of. He is very trustworthy, understanding, and PROFESSIONAL. My experience due to my lender sucked (Lol a lot), but he made it great. I’m not sure if I already said this, but he’s the only person to go to. My family is purchasing another home next year, and I can’t even fathom using anyone else. He’s a different type of great. It’s not even a question if I would recommend. I never review anything, but if I could rate this from 1-10 I’d give 1000stars. Thank you so much, for everything.

Oh, and to add; I was moving here from out of state. New absolutely nothing at all about Jacksonville...or Florida in general and he helped me narrow down the area that fits my family best. We found THE house Day2 of searching, and closed 23days later.

Great realtor an awesome human being! Corey helped me to sell my house and 9 months later helped me to buy another one. He is a wonderful person to work with, He is not only very knowledgeable and professional, he is also a people person, you can reach him at any time and is always happy to answer all your questions. Selling and buying a house is stressful but he makes the transaction smooth and fun. He accommodates to your schedule and go above and beyond to take you where you need to be. He is Always on top of your needs and concerns. Creates an amazing conexión between Realtor, lender and buyer or seller. On top of that he possesses a tremendous knowledge of the market.
