She is so realistic and right on with her expansive knowledge of the local real estate market prices and trends. She can price your house just right to sell it quickly and help you find that perfect house when you are buying.
We have recommended Corinne to several friends and family members. Our son bought his first home with Corinne's help too!
She has never let us down and guides us through the entire process making it so very easy every time.

Corinne and I go back 20 years. She sold me my first house. I called her again to help with the sale of the house. She was as always kind and professional. I was living in Florida at the time and was not able to go back to Greenfield Ma. That is where my home was located. She took her time advising me as to what would help prepare the home for sale. We kept in constant communication to make sure it all went as planned. She got the house ready in record time. Once it was on the market it was picked up in a snap. The closing process was fast and efficient. Thanks to Corinne and her wonderful staff, I was pleased to do business with her once again.
